  • Field Service Engineer - Imaging (02/05/2016)

    We have an immediate vacancy with incovo, based in Livingston. An excellent opportunity for someone to step-up within this focused team.  We require an engineer with a minimum of 3 years field experience ideally you will be familiar with Konica Minolta and Ricoh devices. This position will require the candidate to assist in helpdesk and installations as well providing field support, there may also be an opportunity to mentor a trainee engineer. Experience of document solutions software would also be helpful. We offer competitive salaries dependent on experience and skills, a company car, and a great reputation in the industry built on customer service.


    Employee Benefits:

    Key Requirements:


    • Experienced in the servicing and maintaining of MFDs
    • Good communication skills/ client facing
    • Good organisational and time management skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team
    • Clean Driving licence
    • Great customer service




    • Previous experience installing and supporting MFDs is essential
    • Excellent communication and customer skills
    • Ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team

  • Telecoms Engineer (02/05/2016)

    A great opportunity has risen for a professional and experienced Telecoms Engineer, to work for our growing company.  Based in Livingston, incovo are a modern and dynamic company working with world leaders in ICT, such as Cisco, Microsoft and Avaya and aim to help improve an organisation’s efficiently, reduce cost and enhance performance.  Our clients include finance, legal, public sector and healthcare organisations.


    Key Activities:


    • Install and maintain Avaya SME and Enterprise communication solution
    • Install cabling solutions – Cat 5 / Krone
    • Moves adds and changes (Both remote and on-site)
    • Remote and on-site fault diagnostics


    Personal Criteria:


    • Must have proven record in supporting and installing telecommunication systems with at least 3 years experience, ideally with experience of the following systems:
    • Avaya Index
    • Siemens
    • Avaya IP Office / IP 500 / Communication Manager / Aura
    • Must have a good understanding of cabling systems cat 5 and fiber and of VoIP networks
    • The ideal candidate must have good trouble-shooting skills and be able to where possible diagnose and resolve problems remotely
    • Good communications skills
    • Cisco CCNA / Avaya ACS is an advantage
    • Professional, creative and dynamic presence with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
    • Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional level
    • Excellent time management skills
