What incovo has done for 95% of their customers

Communicate smarter. Interact better. Now more than ever.

incovo was founded on the ethos of helping businesses to ‘Communicate smarter. Interact better’ and the past week has highlighted the importance of this like never before. With businesses of all sizes, across all sectors, facing an unprecedented level of disruption, incovo has been in high demand; firstly, to keep their vital lines of communication open, and secondly to keep their face-to-face interaction with colleagues and customers to an absolute minimum.

In response to government advice, a staggering 95% of our customers have made the switch to remote working in the past few weeks. Yet despite the sheer scale of work involved, every single member of the incovo team has stepped up to the plate:

  • Our Telecommunications team has worked flat out diverting business landline numbers to mobiles and instructing employees how to utilise various mobile apps. What’s more, they’ve done this at no extra charge to our customers.
  • Our Print team has provided valuable help, advice and assistance to employees in need of home printers – supplying the likes of SwimEasy with HP printers to meet all their essential printing and scanning needs.
  • Our IT team has done outstanding work setting up secure VPN connections to enable individuals using laptops to access their company servers and provided a vital lifeline to businesses – recommending and installing laptops, all at no profit. They have also ensured all are protected with the very latest cyber security software.
  • And as a team, based on our own experience of remote working, we have provided free advice on how to make working from home a success – passing on tips on how employers can monitor, manage and get the most out of their teams.

It’s been a week like no other, and it’s been far from easy. But we have never been prouder of the incovo team, each of whom has gone above and beyond what was expected of them.

Given the enormity of what businesses are facing in the coming weeks and months, we’re aware the hard work is far from over, but it’s been an honour to play our small part in helping the country ‘Communicate smarter. Interact better’ and we will continue to do so whenever you need us.
