Our approach to projects is taken step by step. First, we have a discovery session to find out exactly what our client is aiming to achieve – whether it be remote working, ISDN to VoIP, call recording or complex contact centre. Our team then works on a solution which is then itemised in a proposal and presented by a telecoms consultant. We can also offer different payment options, either via a monthly lease that is spread over 3 to 5 years or upfront payment.
Once the solution is chosen, the project is assigned to our projects manager, Craig Beveridge. Craig’s responsibility is to create a Statement of Works document that outlines timescales, the project steps and the responsibilities of all parties involved. This is then agreed and signed off by our client. A lead engineer is then assigned to the project and begins to pre-build the system using the Statement of Works created by Craig.
Once the system has been tested, a go-live date will be agreed with our client. An engineer will be present on the day of go-live to ensure everything runs smoothly. We also include end-user and system training so that our client gets the full benefit of the solution.
incovo’s helpdesk and support team are ready 24/7 to assist with system faults, moves, adds and changes or queries. We respond to support requests fast, and we endeavour to fix issues as efficiently as possible.
Finally, an account manager is assigned to the client and will be the point of contact for any non-support related issues.
