This cost-effective support contract for small businesses covers up to 25 devices. It comes with all the above services, plus Monthly Service Reporting and Annual IT Service Reviews.

3. Standard

This robust support contract for small businesses covers up to 50 devices. In addition to the services listed above, it also provides businesses with Monthly Service Reporting, 10 hours of IT Support per year, plus Quarterly IT Service Reviews.

4. Premium

This gold standard support contract offers exceptional coverage for small businesses. As well as all the services listed above, it also provides your business with Critical Incident Management, 20 hours of IT Support per year and Monthly IT Service Reviews.
